By downloading or using No Mishaps on the Go mobile (the “app”), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the app.

This app provides checklist suggestions. These are for informational purposes only. ORBIT FUN SDN. BHD. is not responsible for any items forgotten or lost during any scenario.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or that its offline functionality will meet every specific requirement.

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
